Short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, Booked Group receives what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address you sent it from. We collect nothing else about you through this site.
Why we collect it
We use these details to answer your request, for example to arrange and deliver the buyer map you asked for. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list. If you reply "stop" at any point, we stop contacting you.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow up question, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are used by us to handle your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical details any browser sends when it loads a file.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to julie.robinson@bookedgroup.co or send the request through our contact form, and we will act on it promptly.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
